We offer a guaranteed 7-days full refund policy when you make any purchase on Poppinspree. You may request returns within the 7-day return window. Your return window starts from the date of delivery. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items. Third-party merchants and vendors on Poppinspree are expected and required to offer returns on an equivalent basis.
Physical products can be returned within the applicable return window for any reason. When you return an item, the product must not be used and it must be returned in its original full packaging at our service center. Replacements may be available for items that are in stock and can be fulfilled by third-party vendors.
Damaged/defective or any error returns will receive a full refund including a refund of original shipping charges. Unless otherwise stated, original shipping charges will not be refunded on returns due to customer product choice or error.

If you return a product that is different from what was dispatched to you, we do not take any responsibility for the incorrect product sent to us and may not be able to return the incorrect item that has been sent as part of the return.
If you are returning an item where personal identifiable information pertaining to you and/or a third-party may be saved (e.g., an electronic item), you must erase your Personal Identifiable Information completely prior to sending the item back to us. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you fail to do so.

How Refunds Are Issued
Once you returned your item, a refund will be issued after we receive the item, or after the Merchant notifies us of receipt of return (in case of items/products sold and fulfilled by a third-party seller). Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
